Question:

A clear composite-type snowboard at Squaw?

I was recently at Squaw Valley resort with some decent powder and noticed some people riding these clear composite directional boards with two holes in the tail. They looked to be very flexible, lacking steel edges and stability core. I also noticed one hanging in the bar when we went to have drinks. I've looked all over the web and couldn't find anything. . .I was wondering if anyone knew information regarding these boards? Are they Squaw demos or? Any links would be much appreciated.

  1. Hey there. I ride at squaw and I know these boards. I belive they are called no-boards. However, I wouldent recomend getting anywhere near those things. They may be ok for powder, but they are directional and make roostertails when you ride. Stay away. By the way, I went into Taits boardshop in the village the other day and the noboards were sitting right next to he libtechs.
