Question:

A company is taking my money, what can I do?????

OK so to make a long story short, a company is going to keep charging me $80 a month for the next 6 months because I lost the proof I needed to let them know that I DID send their product back. It's been three weeks and they say that the product still hasn't arrived. I think they're lying but whatever. So is there any way I can change my debit card number so that they can't keep charging me for something that I sent back? If I get a new debit card, can they somehow get the number and charge the new one? How much trouble can I get in for doing that? Thanks, in advance.

  1. unless the dispute is settled they will turn it over to collections. you need some proof it was sent back and provide that proof to the company.
