www.fitnessblowout.com lied to BBB and said they'd match the price and refund me $271. The difference was actually $331, plus they lied to BBB (Better Business Bureau) TWICE and I still never saw a refund. What should I do now? The company is 400 miles away from me, should I file a small claims lawsuit against them or is there an easier way to get that money and make them pay for lying?

  1. I would file suit in small claims court.  You should be able to recover your small claims filing fee if you ask for it in your complaint.  Also, in the complaint I would ask for the entire difference ($331.00).

  2. Since your Canadian your province most likely has Consumer's Bureau who will give you advice on what steps you can take on getting your money back
