A computer is a tool designed by man to be used by all. It is only as smart as the man who designed it and as useful as the person using it. So no it is not making man and woman mad, they make themselves mad. False

Neither.  It's a metaphor.  A poorly constructed metaphor, in my occasionally humble opinion.  A computer is, technically, not an idiot, being (you know) inanimate and all.  Idiocy is a mark of a presumably sapient being.

Beyond that, why would there be any surprise in an idiot making people mad?  Stupidity often does that.  Or:  Do you mean mad as in angry, or mad as in insane?  In the former case, as has been mentioned, inanimate objects often make people angry.  In the latter case, it appears to be indulging in metaphor again, but I'm not sure I see the point.

A computer is man made, if it is an idiot you are saying man is indirectly an idiot. if it is making man mad, that means man is indirectly making another man mad. In the real world man makes other men mad, therefore it is true.
