A computer question - PC to Mac question?

This is a theoretical question. Is it possible to transfer .txt Windows notepad files to a Mac compute? Does it recognize the format?

edit: come to think of it you can get it to read .doc .docx .xml and all that as long as you have the right software. get openoffice for your mac this is able to read all the files made by MS word, and its a free really good program. just google it.

Yes.  .txt is plaintext.  It would be very difficult to find a computer that is unable to read plaintext.
