Question:

A condition blinds you! You no longer can see, what if, then?

This happened to you? If you can't read anymore, does that mean you could have done something better with your time, when you could see?

How does advantage and loss of advantage have anything to do with it? Why is that referred to so much also?

  2. when something like this happens, it is useless to think about what should have or would have been done.  I have known people who were blind and they do not see themsselves as handicapped and they certainly do not want to be pitied.  I do not know if they see it as an advantage in any way, however they are able to live productive lives and to accomplish their goals like anyone else.
