a little while ago, i was walking on the street at night and this black guy fell off a 10 story building. There was blood every were. Surprisingly he was alive. He screamed help! and then passed out. There was another black guy on the roof with a gun. He started looking at me. And then i ran away without calling the ambulence. du u think this is rite?

  1. It doesn't matter whether one or both of the guys was black.  That shouldn't have anything to do with what is right...unless you know it is the reason why you didn't do something.  If it is the reason, then no, I don't think it was right.  But if you think you would have done the same thing if the "dying" guy was white, then your concious should bother you.  If you would have fled the scene regardless of the person's nationality, then you were right to leave, especially since you were a witness to what seemed to be a crime.  There was no reason to put your life in danger, too.  However, when you got to a place where you felt safe, you should have called the police.  At least you would have felt good about doing something.

  3. I think that you might have acted on instinct for your own survival. Your intention at the time of running away was to survive, not to cause the possible death of another. At this point your conscience should be clear. If when you were safe you failed to call an ambulance without knowing if anyone else had done so or not then you probably should have a problem with your conscience. (but only if it occurred to you to phone for an ambulance & you failed to do so). It is all a question of intent really. Best wishes. UK
