A cool store in san diego county

Question

can u plz name a store that sells awesome stuff (in north county) thats just cool to look at. thx im looking 4 a birthday present 4 some1 i hav no idea what 2 get them so i think it would be good 2 get something different. also if you hav any suggestions on what 2 get a twelve yr old girl (besides clothes, i don't know her size) plz say thanks:D i live in encinitas, ca

The Lumberyard Shopping Center

The Lumberyard used to be a sleepy shopping plaza that took up many streets in Historic Downtown Encinitas. Although it's size hasn't changed, it sure has attracted some great businesses to its collection of specialty shops, restaurants and services.

Some of the old places have stayed the course such as Gaffney's Wine Bar, Encinitas Paper Rose, Magical Child and Beads, Crystals & More, but recently some new comers are really shaping this plaza into an eclectic mix of all things cool and groovy.

Some of the newer stores include: Dreamy Bath, Body & Gifts, Nirwana Furniture, migratehome and a great new s**y French Lingerie shop called Douce et Romantique (ooh lala).

St Tropez Bakery & Bistro and Meritage Restaurant & Bar also have homes here as well as Starbucks.

The center plaza has a beautiful fountain with seating where you can enjoy a meal or coffee, etc.  and an area where they hold many musical events such as summer concerts and holiday shows.
