A cop pulled me over, totally harassed me about driving under in the influence when i was clearly sober....?

He insisted i was on drugs, and when i asked what i did wrong, he simply ignored me. I asked him a few times, he just kept ignoring me and threatening to give me a urine test. Afterwards, he just told me to "get out of here" and never ticketed me. Wtf is up with this? Is this not illegal?

yeah sounds like harassment to me no cop is going to let a person under the influence off the hook for now on whenever a cop ask you for id ask for his badge number

While I do not know your situation - I have seen some very oor sober divers and I have seen a few drunk drivers do ok.
