my ***** were real - when I ignored him, he gave me a ticket. He is a pervert and I feel I should report him. What should I do? I did NOTHING wrong and he abused me.

Report him. It may not make any difference this time, because it's your word against his. However, if he gets multiple complaints for that type of behavior, eventually it will catch up to him.

Are you telling us to try to get out of a ticket? Go to court and tell the judge this story. Just maybe he has been inappropriate with other women his has pulled over. I think cops like him are literally "Pigs" that don't deserve to carry that badge. Yes, you should report him! Don't waste anymore time asking us; you should have made a report on him the day you got the ticket.
