I guess if the Supreme Court passes a law that says a cow is a dog, then some people will actually believe a cow is a dog, but to some, the cow is just a cow. It is NOT a dog. Lesson: just because the Law firm of Lyon, Lyer and Howe, says a corporation is a person, does NOT make it so. It is still just a legal lie that allows corporations to assault our constitution.

A corporation is a legal fiction, having some, but not all, of the elements of person-hood.

A corporation can't be sent to jail, for instance.

It can't vote in a general election.

It has specific legal obligations that it must fulfil just to maintain its existence.

Yes, for most purposes, except for voting in elections, the protections of various constitutional rights, (such as civil rights and the privileges and immunity clause).  A corporation can sue and be sued, sell, purchase, or own property, and can pay taxes.
