  1. Okay, so the cops got called on you for slapping and pushing.  That is called assault 3rd.

You got arrested, and in the process got pepper sprayed.  Pepper spray wears off on its own.  You don't go to the hospital for pepper spray unless you complain.  If you complain, you go to the hospital and you pay the bill.

Lesson learned.  Don't push and slap, don't argue with your girlfriend or mom, don't fight the police.

  2. I hate police brutality, but this sounds like a ridiculously incomplete story.  I agree with the comment above me haha.

  3. I can't give you an answer if you don't provide all the information. It seems you are leaving a few details out.

If the arrest was not substantiated, you may have an argument. However, if the arrest was lawful, you are stuck with the bill.

  4. Door way of what? Why would the cops take you down for talking to your mom? Your story doesn't make sense to me.

  5. What were you charged with? were you found guilty? if yes, then you are responsable for the medical bill. oh and I would not pay another dime to your school, cause you cant speak or spell worth a d**n.

  6. pay the man

Why should the taxpayer foot the bill for you?

Sounds like you have a lot of legal issues.

  7. yes you are stuck with the bill. why would the police pay for it?

  8. you cant do anything until the case is dismissed or you are found innocent then you can sue the police station for the amount of the hospital bill and possible false arrest.
