  1. That would likely be the rates for calling from that company, so go to THEIR site. All companies have different costs. If you use some number like 10-10-987(they are a phone company basically, but charge for the call like a phone card instead of charging you for having the option) they have their own rates. So you could go to their site and see their costs to call those companies. Yet if I used a company like AT&T the charge per minute could be totally different.

  2. Try using Google.com for your search.

In reality, everybody selling something wants you to sign-up.

But, really you need to be "more specific" on your search keywords.  Searching on just "phone prices"  will return more sites than you can look at in a month.

The more specific keywords you use in your search, the better chance of getting useful results.

What kind of numbers are 01, 02, 08?  are those part of area codes like 401, 402, 408, etc.?

In VoIP world, area code numbers are also referred to as DID's ("direct inbound dialling" numbers).  If that is what your are looking for, include DID in search words.  Or sometimes instead of DID they are called "virtual numbers".  Using different keywords will give different results - the more specific, the better.
