hi my sons pc seems to of crashed, it just shows the acer logo on the screen and a boot up menu but will not let me do anything, ive done a little reading up but am quite a novice.i think it might be formatted, could u please give me an idea on how to fix this problem ,it would be greatly appreciated thankyou f1at3r1c
