  1. Sounds like B.  For example, based on cultural factors a child may be accustomed to little structure.  Being placed in a highly structured environment that he is not used to may cause the child to react in ways that will be perceived by teachers as being behavior disordered/hyperactive if they do not take the child's home life into consideration.


  2. What is this in reference to?  What kind of class?  Is it Developmental Psych?  An education class?  A class about differences in cultures within a society?  Need more info.
