Design idea for the back of the shirt:

You can have your mascot celebrating with streamers/etc right below the quote (perhaps it could be placed on a banner) as if its a party, and lay that design onto a background of wildcat print (zebra looking print) in maroon and white instead of black and white and outline in a wavy, colorful/streamer-y box.  It'll be really cute!  If you have more questions or want a quick sketch, email me.
