  1. There are a huge number of possibilities besides pregnancy. She needs to take a pregnancy test.

  2. Stress

  3. she might be going into her stage where her ovaries stop releasing eggs and you become infertile. hope this helps.

  4. Yes, if she has been on birth control pills for a long time (several years), then that can happen from time to time; she may need to switch to a lower-estrogen pill.  Also, it could be from stress.  The best thing she could do would be to go to the doctor to make sure everything is ok; then if it is from stress, she may calm down and things will return to normal.  Also, I assume she has taken an at-home pregnancy test; that could also help either calm her fears, or let her know she is pregnant and needs to get to the doctor for prenatal care!

  5. Definitely, my freshman year of college my best friend missed her period for 5 months in a row. Has your friend recently lost a lot of weight? Or is she perhaps under a lot of stress? Both of these things can cause the menstrual cycle to be suspended. In addition, as in the case of my friend, there are several disorders and diseases that can cause a woman to miss her period. From the extremely treatable Poly-cystic Ovarian Syndrome, to cancer. Does she have any accompanying symptoms? Extreme fatigue, or abdominal pain can be indicative of a larger problem. In any case, though, your friend should take a home pregnancy test, and then no matter what the results, should see a gynecologist right away.

  6. She might just have irrigular periods, oh and um,

she might also just not be bleeding. Ask her if she

gets cramps and stuff still. Because that could be it.

  7. Best advice that I can give you is that she needs to go to the doctor. Also stress can make your period late too. Could be a number of reasons have her to talk to her doctor.

  8. Depends a few things. If she is young, it may just be an irregular period. Up until I was about 17 or 18, I'd occainsally miss periods for a few mothes.

Weight loss may also be to blame, or excessive exercizing. At one point when I did Weight Watchers, I didn't have a period for 4 monthes because my body was adjusting to losing body fat and increased activity.

Best bet it to see a doc or gynocologist. An at home pregnancy test can rule out pregnancy if that's a possibility. Stress can also sometimes interfere with menstral cycles too, along with decreased sleep.

  9. nope she's PREGO

  10. 1) Anemia (low iron)

    2) Low body fat (very low)

    3) Abnormal levels of female hormones (LH, FSH)

    4) Hyperthyroidism

    5) Extreme stress
