Is a convict prepared any differently for electrocution (other than shaving his head and calfs) than for lethal injection, gas chamber, hanging, firing squad?

If they are, what are the differences, and why?

I am just curious, sorry about the stupid questions

  1. Watch the Green Mile.  Pretty authentic i think.

  2. -for electrocution they also have a sponge on their head to transfer the electrical current through out the body

    - lethal injection is just basically cleaning the arm with alochol where they are inserting the needle

    - gas chamber i believe they were just strapped in the chair

    - hanging their heads were covered with a hood and hands were tired behind their back

    - firing squad was the same as hanging but also had feet tied.  the actual firing squad never knew who actually killed the person cause only 1 person had the bullet the rest were blanks, that was used to control the feeling of guilt
