A decent college for a student with not so good grades?

well i dont have the best grades as a matter of fact im barely passing the core 40 curriculim thing. I did voulunteer at a hospital and i am hoping to make the basketball team this year. Any good colleges (outside of indiana) that is decent and would take a guy like me?

Honestly, why waste your money by settling for not so great out of state schools (with those lovely out-of-state tuitions) just because you didn't do so well in high school? Go to your local community college for a couple of semesters  and do well and transfer to the school of your choice. It's your second chance and you should take advantage of it.

Yep, they want a well rounded kid, but you must get a C or better to keep your scholarships.  Florida is one of the best states to go to College.  California will take you too.
