You must compose.  It is better to do it yourself which comes from the heart.  You can also write a letter then divide it into poetry form.

Come on, you can do it.  I am sure, you're just afraid to try.  Do it!

A poem is supposed to express your own feelings and thoughts, It's no use when someone else writes it for, Specially a romantic poem.

If you cannot write poems, then look for other ways.

well, it wont mean much if you dont write it. start with all the good things about her, and them work with them. list them, and figure out synonyms (words that mean the same thing) that will rhyme with the others. then, add a little bit of elaboration, and most importantly, make it come from you heart, from you. not from some random person off the internet.
