  1. Should be good, but if you miss your shots you are going to look like a tool.  You better be as good as you say you are.

  2. That would depend on subject matter

I would say them watching you play a call shot run would be boring but if you get into how your doing it you may do allright  .A BCA instructor does it every day Im sure Straight can give you some pointers

  3. You might want to narrow your focus a little bit.  How long does your presentation have to be?  If possible, I would have another person be your demonstrator and you describe everything that they are doing.  That's the way we usually teach at Cue-U.  It's very difficult to try and explain and demonstrate at the same time, but it can be done with experience.  I would maybe do a presentation on the pool stroke.  Explain all the parts of a good stroke.  Talk about the mechanics of pool, the grip the various bridges, the stance, etc.  Then get into stroke mechanics.  Talk about keeping a consistent grip, moving the cue forward in a straight line with an accelerating motion, keeping all of the movement below the elbow, etc.  I could make a 20-30 minutes presentation on the pool stroke easily and still probably miss a point or two.  The best part about this is that you need never hit a ball if you don't want to.  You could demonstrate one easy shot at the end utilizing the points that you've laid out in your presentation.  It would take days to explain how to shoot a really good game of pool.  Narrow the focus, this is just one suggestion.  M.D.-BCA Instructor/Referee.

  4. I'd suggest setting up a trick shot that you've practiced & are about 90% successful at to start.  It would work even better if your audience were on a balcony - roughly approximating the angle on TV.
