Why do some black people spend their money on frivolous things like rims, car stereos, and flashy jewelry?

Can't they see that it is a lifestyle meant to keep them from investing their money into anything  meaningful?

Ex... Instead of putting money into savings or stocks, they choose to buy more expensive rims.......

Also, I've always wondered how black girls take care of their hair.. as far as washing and whatnot and what they have to do differently..

Why does the government baby the Native Americans for something that happened much longer ago than slavery? Does it bother you that they don't think they owe you anything for what your ancestors were put through? Why can't the indians take care of themselves like you guys do?

I have a lot of black friends and also black relatives (my siblings all are married to, or were married to blacks at one time or another.. no not joking).  So I've asked the questions I wanted to ask.  I don't think I got good answers sometimes when the questions were tough... I got stuff like, it is because of years of oppression and that line.. but I feel like most of what I want to know has been answered.

Do blacks, especially those who are well-off and live in the "white" suburbs, ever feel like they have to act "ghetto" or they'll otherwise be accused of acting white, even though they live in a wealthy community? Or is that just a choice because they enjoy the style? Is there resentment toward whites when living in a mostly-white area? This isn't supposed to sound rude, I'm not racist. I honestly just want to understand better.
