to get a medical scholarship u have to show your results of previous exams or some form of medical practice.  u choose the university u wanna go to and send them your details and they will let u know.  

if u are already a doctor,  then u may need to sit for a qualifying exams to practise in another country.  unless you wanna go to another developing country....
