Why doesn't the glue in the tube(or container)stick to the walls(including the top and bottom) and dry?

  1. because its not open to air? Not sure really.


  2. cause the glue stick is thinner than the tube in which it is

    and even if it does stick we apply force on it to get pulled out of the tube

    and also that it does not get dried up because it is not exposed to air

    (thats why it says on the container please close lid / cap after use )

  3. The material that the container is made out of is selected so that the glue will not stick to it. (Not all glues stick to everything, ya know).

    Most glues need air to dry.  By keeping the glue in a SEALED container, there is no air to dry the glue.
