A dream about bodyguards?

I think I know what my dream meant, but I'd like others' opinions.

The dream:

People want to kill me, so I have ten bodyguards. But when the people come, my bodyguards are in this river, in their costumes. And they don't have their weapons. So I have to protect myself.

My opinion:

I feel like all the people (family and friends) who are supposed to protect me and be there for me, aren't. I feel like it's me against the world. And I'm fighting all alone.

I think that it means that whatever is going on in your life you have to fight yourself. your own battles. it doesn't matter who you have protecting you, it'll be you in the end. in other words you might be trying to rely on others but its your life and you have to take care of yourself. if you do that then they'll be there more. if not then you know you can always rely on yourself.
