  1. you are worried about wrecking your parent's car.  drive carefully and obey speed limits and other rules.  if you do this and something happens, they won't be mad.  just glad you are okay.

  2. To dream that you are driving means that you are looking at the path your life is taking, the fact that the brakes failed means that you feel like your life is out of your control right now (also the bad accident means that you feel it is a big mess). Your dad blaming you and saying essentially that you were lying means that someone in your life that you trust, is deceiving you. You probably know this but it hurts very deeply.

  3. To dream that you are in a car crash, indicates that your beliefs, lifestyle, or goals are clashing with another's. It may also represent a shocking situation or painful experience. Alternatively, car crashes may forewarn of your dangerous or careless driving habits.

  4. I believe it means that you are probably not slowing down in real life.  You know, having fun, hanging out and you're a little out of control.  You know there are some things you should stop doing, but you choose not to.

You've got control of the car (it's symbolic of your life) and you know when to slow down (brake) and if something does happen your Dad will question your judgment.

    Best of luck to you.

I've also attached a link to an article about dream interpretation and online dream dictionary is at the bottom of this article.

  5. Car Accident

To dream of a car accident, symbolizes your emotional state. You may be harboring deep anxieties and fears. Are you "driving" yourself too hard? This dream may tell you to slow down before you hit disaster. You need to rethink or re-plan your course of actions and set yourself on a better path

  6. Hi Adistan2

Have you done something really bad that you're afraid to tell your father about? I'm talking about having a guilty conscience coming back to haunt you about something you've done in the past. You see, not putting on the brakes sounds metaphorical for not stopping yourself from something from doing something you knew you shouldn't be doing..

On another track, do you feel comfortable confiding in your father?  Are you afraid he'll blame you about your mistakes instead of comforting you?

    I hope this helps.

    Best wishes.

  7. this has nothing to do wit it  but my mom told my great grandma when she was little she had dreams about crashing while she was in an airplane and this is what my great grandma said: "if you have dreams about crashing while your in an airplane, its the the angles telling you to stay the h**l off" haha i know crappy example the point is maybe you should saty out of cars for a while...

  8. It means you are  practicing some sort of dangerous habit that can be life threatening and you can't seem to stop yourself from doing it. Your Dad is your own voice of reason and wisdom warning  yourself that things are in your control and that all you have to do is "apply the brakes" to it.
