A fantasy league shows player values as £2.0M how do i lose the M?

Last year I manually selected each players value individually and changed each one , is there an easier way? I cant get excel to add /sum the values and check if i've overspent the £50M budget otherwise. M=million by the way.

All the values are in one column although there are breaks in the column seperating different playing positions.
