A farming project for Geography?

Question

I needed to pick a type of agriculture and write about what type of sail and climate is needed, I have already decicded to do cocoa beans. If someone could please tell me where a good place to grow cocoa beans would be, what type of climate they need, the soil type and how much water they would need that would be great. Thank you :D
