The Lemonade Diet is a 10 day fast where you only drink lemonade that is made with organic lemons, organic maple syrup, and organic cayenne pepper.  It also involves drinking an herbal laxative tea and a salt water flush.  I tried it but couldn't get myself to drink the salt water, even after I mixed the solution half as strong!
