A few months back, i bought S500i and now the key pad cracked. what can i say about the product?

For only a few months, i bought a S500i. after two weeks of using, the ky pad actually cracked. i sent for repair and it was ready only 2 weeks later. Until now, which is less than 5 months, the key pad cracked again. Is it the designer's fault? i can't afford to keep spending money just to repair the same part over and over again. Is there any solutions for us as a consumer?

or trash it in the junk.
