A few questions about creatine monohydrate?

I'm trying to build muscle and my friend gave me 2 pounds of GNC creatine monohydrate. I'm wondering for someone who's a male, 22, about 6ft1in, 175 pounds and I'm guessing 12% body fat, how much should i be taking right after a workout? And should i be taking it everyday like ive heard? What exactly does the creatine to do your muscles?

  1. Joey, creatine is hard on the kidneys - and my guess is that you are planning on using yours for a while since you are only 22!!

    Forget all the "muscle building" pills, potions, and lotions - it is all a bunch of hype.  You are a natural being, meant to eat natural foods.  Do that and you will thank me later.

    And do you really think a clerk at the local GNC knows more about the human body than me??  I don't think so...
