A few questions about frogs?

I have a pet frog (I just got him/her this morning) and I was wondering what they eat except for flies? and how to get the frog out easyer when I clean its cage..

Did the pet store not discuss anything with you?  That's terrible!  Go back to the pet store.  Different types of frogs have different needs, environmentally and food-wise.  Hopefully his cage provides water and terrain with plenty of space for him.
