I'm a big on roller coasters. I grew up with Cedar Point and I'm from Michigan, I've had a season pass every year but have only made it to a few other them parks such as Michigan Adventures, Six Flags, and Disney World.

My boyfriend and I are going to visit my sister in Cinci in October and I tried to contact Kings Island with some questions about seasonpass holders.

I have a platinum pass holder for cedar point but that allows me entry to all 14 cedar fair parks. This includes Kings Island, but does it invclude the Haunted thig at that park?

Also what are the best rides?

and what about the all-day drink wrist band?

Can I use it with my season pass?

  1. I'm not sure if it includes the Haunt but I do know that I have a gold pass to Kings Island and on the back it says "NOT VALID FOR THE HAUNT". So I don't know if that answers your question. As far as rides go my favorites are Flight of Fear, Fire Hawk, and Face Off. Face has been changed though and i forget what its called. but its the big red and yellow one you see when your walking into the park. Hope I helped :). Have fun at Kings Island.

  2. The one question that you have not asked is:

Will Kings Island be open when I am visiting Cincinnati? Here is the calendar for Kings Island.

Well, the Halloween Haunt will be on weekends in October, but check the calendar.

  3. With the platinum pass you will be able to get into Halloween haunt. But you can't get the all day drink wrist band. That is for the gold pass holders only. I would suggest firehawk, which is the newest ride. Its really cool. And flight of fear is really fun too.

  4. there's one thing they forgot to mention... next year

there's going to be a new roller coaster called the diamondback

goes 80 mph... yes the haunted is there they recommend you not to bring your children i have seen pics of the diamonback

    it's the tallest coaster... 230ft 10 acres,

  5. Yes, your season pass allows you in during Fearfest in October.  Those are basically just regular park days, that then have halloween stuff going on in the evening.  Please note, they are only open on the weekends at that point.

A few of the best rides are The Beast, The Vortex, Son of Beast, and Flight of Fear.  There are plenty more, although the water park is obviously closed in October.  Be sure to come back next year, they've got a new $22 million dollar coaster under construction that looks amazing, it will open in 2009!!!
