  1. Yup. They'll definitely look "down there" and most likely "up there". They're checking for abnormalities and most likely growth of pubic hair and things like that. The doctors are just checking to make sure puberty is going the way it should. They should definitely know about her period, but you might not need to outright say it because they usually ask. I doubt she's too young for a dermatologist exam. I went to the dermatologist for the first time at 5 so there should be no problems there. Also at a head to toe exam they check EVERYTHING. Regarding her being naked, they'll probably tell her to have her underwear on, but will check. Hope this helps!

  2. 1. Our doctor put her in a gown and only exposed necessary areas as he went along. She was never completely naked.

    2. Nobody is too young for a dermatologist exam. If you have a suspicious mole or other issues, get her checked out.

    3. If you mean at a dermatologist, they will check her entire body for irregularities. If you mean a physical they will  check eyes, ears, mouth, heart, blood pressure, etc.

    4. A pediatrician shouldn't need to be "in her business". If there is a reason for her "business" to be checked, they usually refer her to a gynecologist.

If your daughter needs to be seen. Ask the doctor ahead of time what your daughter can expect. During pelvic exams with the doctor, a nurse is always present.

Don't be afraid to ask your doctor questions.I f you come across someone who doesn't want to take time to talk with you or that you feel  uncomfortable with, try someone else.

Our pediatricain doesn't peek in the panties of older children unless we have issues.

  3. 1. NO, she should have her underwear and bra on, she should NOT be naked, if it makes her feel uneasy (being totally naked, which shouldn't happen) LEAVE.  they should also give her a gown to wear

    2. does she have any pimples or unusual moles or growths?  if no, then she probably doesn't need one, and you don't want to take her to any more doctors than she has to.

    3. Head to toe exam?  the doctor will probably just look over and preform the normal stuff eyes checked, hearing, reflexes, height, weight, etc.  and will probably check her for scoliosis (curve of spine)

    4. the doctor should not look down there for this exam.  she should just tell her doctor that she's getting pubic hair, has had her period and nothing is wrong.  if the doctor wants to look, say please do not do that, if she tells me anything is wrong, we'll go to a GYN, or something like that

  4. no

  5. They will give her a gown to wear and the doctor with check her b*****s and im pretty sure the will do an exam of her buisness they also will check her heart and her breathing.

  6. 1 - no, bra and undie with open back thingy they make you wear

2 - not too young, especially if she's having skin issues (usually breaks down to hands in the face all the time, and lazily wiping the face in spots, rather than truly washing it properly all over)

3 - check that bones are ok, if any spinal issues (scoliosis: About 3 out of every 100 people have some form of scoliosis, though for many people it's not much of a problem); check teeth, eyes, ears, throat, nails, scalp, glands, joint mobility, reflexes, feet

4 - not until she's sexually active or it's requested by you/her because there are problems, in which case a specialist

  7. 1. no

    2. no

    3. all the normal

    4. yes

  8. she gets a paper gown to wear and she can keep her undergarmets on.

i don't know what you mean by 'in her business' but she doesn't need a pap smear until she's 18 or sexually active unless you want her to have one. and she doesn't need a breast exam until later either. i'm 17 and my gyno said i didn't really need to have one yet.
