1.Will 8 days of swimming all day with breaks of 15 minutes change the body alot?

2.What groups of muscles does the swimming NOT help?

3.Should the swimming be done before or after breakfast?How much time should we wait after we eat before starting swimming?

  1. I used to be on the girls swim team and i hold the breast stroke record. Swimming works all of your muscles. It made my back look ripped. I really can't think of a muscle that it doesn't work. It might not work your abs if you don't have good body harmonics. The change in your body depends on how many laps you swim, how much you are pushing your self, and how many laps you are sprinting. If you want to gain muscle work out after breakfast so then you can burn the fat that you ate and turn it into muscle. If you want to loose weight swim before breakfast because it will boost up your metabolism.
