  1. Okay, let's see what we can do for you here, shall we?

    1. What is one thing that Quebec is famous for? I'd go with the sugar house or shack. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sugar_house

    2. Name on important or famous person that comes from Quebec. Who are they? Why are they important? Celine Dion - why not? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Celine_Dion

    3. What days of the week do students go to school in Quebec? Monday AM until Friday PM - doesn't everybody?

    4. What school breaks do children in Quebec get? When do they occur, how long are they? Are you solely referring to Elementary and High School kids here by the way? I used to get a couple of weeks off for Christmas/New Year, another week off for Easter, 2 1/2 months off during the summer and a few days here and there that were called "journées pédagogiques" or "teachers' training days" - if you prefer.

    5. How long is a typical lunch break for students? I'd say between an hour to an hour and a half.

    6. What is the name of the mascot at the Quebec Winter Carnival? Le Bonhomme Carnaval. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quebec_Wint...

    7. What is one world famous food product produced in Quebec? Maple syrup & maple butter - of course! What else? Yummy too by the way!

    8. Quebec has the most of this type of farm in all of Canada. Dairy farms would be my guess. See for yourself! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agriculture...

    9. How can Winter be described (typically) in Quebec? Extremely cold with plenty of fresh white snow to throw around dear! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quebec#Clim...

Hope this answers your many questions! I also hope I got them right. I grew up in Montreal after all!
