  1. yea if she doesn't want to practice then really she can't play and so in that way she doesn't want to play. There is no way to force someone to have fun doing something, they have to legitametly enjoy or love playing the sport.

I would ask her why she doesn't like the warm-ups, but really there is no way for you to make volleyball more fun for her, she has to enjoy it. Which is a shame because it is a great sport to play

Plus, depending on how old she is, if she is younger it could just be a case of a younger kid not wanting to practice because it is practice. Thats all I can think of.

  2. she probably doesnt want to play.

shes not going to get anything out of it if she doesnt have a passion for it.

    i dont like warmups eatiher.

if anything else, try introducing her to games like diamond d or secret angent

  3. take her to a really cool camp over the summer to movtivate her to be her best and try really hard...like the stanford college one or the cal berkley one

***hope i helped and good luck!!!

  4. if she is negitave about it she probly doesnt like the sport, but mabe her coach is hard on her and she likes volleyball, but not the coach, ask her if that is the problem and if so have a talk with him, but if it is just because she does not want to be there she does not want to be serious about the sport.

Trust me i have coached 2 years straight and there has been many girls like her, some hate the sport and others dont like how i dont let them fool around.

    Good luck

  5. Ok it could be that she does not like to play volleyball anymore and if that is the case their is really nothing you can do about that. Then again it also could be that she is not good at the sport and is afraid that people laugh at her when she messes up, then you need to let her know that everyone makes mistakes and if you just take it and learn by them than you will be a better player. Even the big guys make mistakes. Then again it could also be that she does not like the people on the team because I have been in that situation before where I love the sport I just can not stand the people on the team, they are all preppy and mean. So I hope I was of help and that you can get her more interested in volleyball, but if she does not like it there is nothing you can do.

  6. i hate to say it but if she doesnt want to go to practice she probably doesnt want to play volleyball anymore! you can try to tell her that the warm ups are good for her! To tell you the truth i dont like warm ups eithier butt i know there good for me! You should ask yuor daughter why she doesnt like it anymore and see if she wants to do another sport

  7. maybe she feels that is sint good. she may lack self confidence so she doesnt want others to see her play during th drills tha point out the flaws of an individual. maybe if you reassure her that she is a very good player(assuming that she is fairly decent) then she will gain self asteem and not be afraid to play in front of others and then will improve and enjoy showing off her talent!
