  1. The plants will most likely continue to grow from the remaining stem.  Just trim off any dead foliage/stems and let them do their thing.  Tomato plants are very resilient.


  2. Depending on your climate zone, they may still have time to fruit, but I wouldn't count on it. You will probably end up with nice plants and no fruit.
