A few years ago, a friend made a puerto rican recipe using Whole Chicken, Potatoes, Rice, Goya Sazon...?

it was all cooked in one pot and by the time it was done, the chicken was falling off the bone. it was so good but I can't remember all that was in it and exactly how to prepare it. i haven't talked to this person in a long time and would really like to make this dish. does it sound familiar to anyone?? could you help me out, PLEASE!!!
