Chuck Norris is older than dirt and can still kick quite a few 19 year olds.  There are members of the Marines that are over 40 and if I were 19 I would be very afraid.  Age is only a number.

it kind of depends on who the men are. age is just a number and it cant be determined by that. if the 19 year old has been weight training for his whole life and the 31 year old sits on his couch all day, then the odds are against the older one.

31 is experienced and wouldn't enter the match if they weren't confident they could win.

Age 31 is still prime fighting age. Ali was champion of the world at age 36. Foreman at age 45.
