Ok so i have one of those things that i use to connect multiple electric devices to power them with a total of six inlets and I use all of them and one of them I use to connect another one of those extra inlets of six but I only use three of the jacks' this is what I use to power a laptop, stereo, printer, external hard drive, psp charger, the second jack, 42" Plasma TV, RAZR charger, and a Sharper Image Fan

Is this dangerous or can one Wall inlet handle all of this

  1. It's allright, just make sure you get a circuit breaker in there.

  2. The plasma and fan can use a lot of power, especially during power up.  It would be best to plug the TV and fan (and probably the stereo, too) directly into the wall.  It would probably be near the maximum power allowed if you watched TV with surround sound (stereo on).  Charge your laptop or use the fan and you could be over the limit -- and on your way to a fire.

Most TV warranties won't cover this -- if you read the instruction book, I'm sure you'll find that your present setup isn't allowed.  That could be very expensive, too.

Be safe and get the high power stuff off of the extension cords.
