A free people search site that is free?

I was in your same situation a few months ago.  I was trying to find a missing relative and I could not find any sites that really offered a free people search.  

They all said it was free, but would try to charge you.  After two weeks of searching and getting scammed, I finally found a site that would actually do people search for free:  http://peoplesearchfree.net .    

They sent me my cousin's current address, no charge!!!   I just checked the site, click on the "Free People Search Giveaway" at the top.
