A friend of mine, Larry's, grandaughter is missing! She lives with her mom 5 blocks away from Larry.?

Sunday night at 10:00pm, she went out in the fenced backyard to walk the dog. She was in her pajamas, barefooted with her cell phone. The fence is a short chain link and she never has been known to go into the alley. The Plano, TX police dept. said her cell phone is OFF. They have questioned her friends and reported back to the family that they think her friends are lying. The Police will not do an Amber alert because they think she ran away. How long does it take for the Police to an Amber Alert on a 13 year old?

As the police think she ran away and there was no evidence of a stranger abduction, they will never do an Amber Alert on her.

she is only 13! can your local news and speak to a reporter, keep on the police every day even if she is a runaway they should be looking for her with everything that they have
