The boxes were intact and never been opened because the values will diminished if forced open without the presence of the U.S. group as a witness. Selected close friends and relatives told them that the boxes are worth millions of dollars if they deal with the right or proper authority in the U.S. In 2006, the U.S. demonetized the 1932 Federal Reserve Banknotes but up to this day they are still on the process of retrieving the boxes because it is considered as their national treasure or icon, etc. Is it possible for them to deal the boxes? if yes, who are the proper authority to contact? Will it be safe for the family of my friend to deal the boxes?

  1. Let me guess your gonna kill him now?

Or be his super best friend LOL

  2. That's a numismatic Find!

The Collector value of those notes, if genuine,

will far exceed what he'd get from the Government for them.

He should seek a knowledgeable appraisal first thing..

  3. I really do not think they are worth millions of dollars.

Sure in 1932, each dollar was worth about $1,000 dollars today.  But the notes are still legal tender for one dollar today.

The worth is as a collectible, not as legal tender.

Go to a website on the internet to find out what the notes may be worth.  You may have to get them appraised.
