A friend of mine was put in jail last night for public intoxication

he co operated with the police answered all questions and he was not dis orderly to the police in any fashion or form.

they locked him up took away his wheel chair which caused him to use the bath room on his self c**p and p**s.

has his civil rights been violated and what kind of attorney would he need to talk too?

A civil rights attorney sounds about right. However, any attorney he gets will jump on that, so just make sure the attorney he is appointed or hires gets on that.
