A friend of my left my house and told me that they move out of state...?

if they move out of state..do they DMV still send you a lincense renewal letter to my house? cause i got her renewal letter..or does it mean that she has not move out of state and still use my address as a home address

The DMV sends the renewal notice to the last address on record. if they have moved but not yet acquired a new drivers license (or they have but the information has not yet been updated in your home state) that would be your address. Just return the mail as "Moved"
