A friend told me that Yahoo is beta-testing "inlinks" data. How do I get access to this tool?

She tells me that I can access Yahoo.com, enter a website, and then an "inlinks" option will appear that I can click to show linking data for that site. However, I don't see this anywhere on my Yahoo page.
