like every true ethnic food, some dishes can be an acquired taste.  however most Veitnamese food i've eaten has been very good.  There are some similarities to chinese food but i wouldn't say they're close.  A lot of times they're simplier than chinese food and have lots of noodles and traditional spices that make them seem similar to thai food.  i enjoy both chinese and viet food either way.

Yes, it is.  Just like Chinese food.  But beware, they have lots of exotic ingredients and oils that can make you fat and sick if not taken moderately...

yup! their food is good. kinda spicy but so tasty. their food is not that fattening, that's why most vietnamese are lean.

Yes!

Vietnamese food is delicious-- everything from pho bo to spring rolls to black pepper beef on rice.  Hopefully, it will become more common throughout the U.S.

im an aussie-born-viet..

for you, viet food would probably, taste nice..  but for me, after years and years of eating the same cuisine.. it doesnt really fascinate me..

but anyway try

pho (white noodles) the taste nice..

yes cause asia food like iran china indai  and some europe country are the best foods and vietnam but usa is most fast food and not good ,bye
