A full 8hrs of sleep for a bodybuilder!

I know a bodybuilder needs atleast 8hrs of sleep...But is it necessary dat da sleep should continue for 8hrs, or u may wake up at da middle of ur sleep and have some snaks, and go back to sleep again.

  1. Generally its recommended that you go the full 8 at one time.

    If you wake up to eat you mess up your sleep hormone cycle and putting something in your stomach interferes with your sleep.

    Youd do better to get atleast 50 grams of caesin in you and some healthy fats for your body to chew on while you sleep.

    Then eat some oats and whey first thing when you wake up.

    Complex carbs and a fast action protein to jump start protien synthesis.
