All the younger people in our family have their birthdays at the same time. We want to take them to a restaurant THEY will enjoy. Not the stuffy ones with artistically stacked food that we go to. Must have good food though !!! Please - not the Keg.

  1. Jack Astor's or Canyon Creek food is great at either....

  2. Go to mystery theatre. Real fun. Or Safari's on Avenue road. They have kid's menu and live music.

  3. if you like asian food Pho Hung on Spadina has excelent pho, or try a dimsum place, it's pretty cheap and has lots of good food to try. that's where I eat the most I'm 21.

  4. FRED'S NOT HERE!!!   VEry cool, great food, funky bar downstairs, and close to the entertainment and theater districts.  My favourites are the baked lobster and crab bisque, and the Evil Jungle Prince, a Thai curry.  The menu is VERY eclectic, and reasonably priced.  I LIKE it when I want to go out, but am not in the mood for fancy, but honest, simple, GOOD food.

Mr. SCience, right below me, is right, too.  The Sultans Tent is fun and if you like African Food, a good choice.

  5. The Sultan's Tent on Front St. is good (and very entertaining). Grano on Yonge St. is fun. Allan's on Danforth is good too (but more of a summer place).

If you're feeling adventurous, going to a big Dim Sum place is really fun. There's one on the east side of Spadina just north of Dundas (can't remember the name, sorry), or a bunch up around Pacific Mall area in Markham.

  6. try licks. it is fast food but it is one h**l of alot better!!
